North Market Tower is a landmark project for the city of Columbus, Ohio. The tower expands on the historic existing North Market , a merchant institution dating back to 1876. The proposed tower expands the North Market footprint and introduces a 32-story tower comprised of market-rate housing, hotel, office, and a 6 story parking garage. The massing expresses these programmatic shifts and seeks to address the multiple scales enacted by the tower. The Market will anchor community activity in downtown Columbus and will be a welcome addition to the skyline of the city.
